We are looking for a HRIS Kronos Expert as part of the HR Projects, Processes and Systems department. The main focus of this role is to provide a consistent and correct working Workforce Management Solutions for all the Action countries. You make sure the landscape is stable and improved. You will be the main contact for IT, Country HR, HR Administration and Payroll Teams. This means that you will ensure excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Furthermore you will work on the migration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management. Within this migration you will be the linking pin between the project team and HR colleagues, focusing on communication, change and training.
Task:
Initiates and contributes to continuous improvement and projects
Identifies, resolves and escalates (possible) bottlenecks within HR applications and the own process areas (incident management)
Back-up for other HR System Experts
Works in close collaboration with (country) representatives in order to enhance a timely and accurate working of HR applications
Manage up to date work instructions, and related documentation within own process area
Manage the handover of new functionality (projects/changes) to the standing organization, make sure that all policies and processes are followed and that the projects deliver sustainable and workable solutions for Action.
Critically reviews and analyzes (new) functionality and incidents in order to recommend, develop and implement changes leading to best-practice operations
Coaches/ trains team members within the team and the users of the application

Action has expanded rapidly, and this required the HR department to respond accordingly. Besides the HR Projects, Processes and System department, Action has an international HR Services department and a ‘center of excellence’ for Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Developmentand HR Business Partner team. The HR Projects, Processes and System department is a team of approximately 40 people working in teams; HR Projects, HR Processes and , HRIS Development. The HRIS development team is covering the whole HR system landscape for all countries within Action.
This is you
As a HRIS Expert you have a very fine eye for detail and deep understanding of HR systems and interfaces. You have the ability to analyse configuration and combine the functional requirements from HR teams with technical specification and provide software solution recommendations. You have a high-level experience in system configuration and stakeholder management across levels. You are self-driven and you have a very good time- and task management. You are able to prioritize your tasks. You can communicate changes and translate technical changes for the end user. for managing large scale databases. Besides that you have a demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and databases.
Furthermore you have:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data analytics, HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment
In depth knowledge in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (former: Kronos Dimensions)SuccessFactors – certified is an advantage
Experience with HR cloud solutions preferably SuccessFactors
Excellent knowledge of English, the Dutch language is preferred

REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS
Bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
Good written and verbal communications skills in English
Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
In depth knowledge of HR IS environments like SuccessFactors
Experience with writing proposals and business requirements for efficient and effective working methods and implementing these
Is very organised, can structure activities and projects, sticks to agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines
