We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer Content Creator to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our colleagues in various Insurance related IT application areas.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilise technology and stay up to date with the latest application and process developments. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, training proficiency, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.

What the day will look like.Reporting to the Training and Testing Stream Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Design and development of comprehensive training programs and materials to meet the CRS Ecosystem International Programme's training needs.
- Develop multi-media training materials including video content
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various IT topics to colleagues at different levels within the organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and validate training content and materials.
- Set up, maintain, and constantly review the flow and user experience of self-help applications deployed on the estate.
- Help maintain the Programme Induction and Training websites to ensure they are current, relevant, and valuable to new and existing programme colleagues.
- Contribute to the training strategy and approach and continuously improve the content and delivery mechanisms for the biggest positive impact.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance or guidance in training subject matter areas.
- Assist in the implementation and adoption of new processes, solutions, and applications by providing training and support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, manuals, lessons, evaluation mechanisms multi-media and online resources for easy reference and self-guided learning.
