Omschrijving
As a Medior/Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a team that develops and maintains future-proof, compliant, and structured information solutions and dashboards for Transaction Monitoring. Together, you work towards a single source of truth by creating BI products that provide cohesive, efficient, and reliable information to the business, contributing to the prevention of Financial Economic Crime.
You operate in a fast-changing and complex environment driven by regulatory requirements, innovation, and compliance demands. In this role, we expect you to bring your seniority to guide and support team members in building high-quality data solutions that meet business needs and align with the Data & Insights vision within the FEC domain.
You actively share your knowledge and expertise with the team, particularly in stakeholder management, gathering and defining requirements, anticipating business needs, and proactively identifying potential risks. Together, you deliver valuable data solutions using the Scrum framework.

- Develop future-proof dashboards and data solutions based on business needs

Eisen
- Bachelors or Masters degree (e.g. in Data, IT, or a related field)
- Proven experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Experience with requirements gathering and requirements analysis
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and explorative mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex topics
- Result-oriented, proactive, and a true can-do mentality
- Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and brings new ideas
- Strong communication skills in English
- Medior: minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Senior: minimum 5 years of relevant experience
