You will work in a dynamic environment with colleagues from diverse international backgrounds, helping to guide and enable AI implementation within the bank. Youll be part of the Chapter Global AI, whose mission is to accelerate AI adoption in line with business priorities, ensure responsible and structured AI usage, and foster a strong AI culture and craftsmanship. You have a strong interest in translating business needs into functional requirements and excel at solving complex problems. Your ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders is essential. You actively engage with users, developers, and colleagues across the Chapter Global AI to fully understand new needs and ensure they are translated into the right technical possibilities.
Working closely with the internal development team, you help shape solutions that align with global standards and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of a global application supporting AI system inventory and workflow management. This makes your work both impactful and continuously evolving. Your primary responsibility is to translate business needs into functional requirements for the AI System Inventory (AISI) and ensure coherent implementation aligned with global standards. You will play a key role in enabling responsible AI adoption and ensuring compliance across the bank. You will also ensure that data used within these processes meets high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency, supporting effective risk management and reliable reporting. Throughout your work, you will adhere to Rabobanks compliance and security standards.

Werkzaamheden

• In capturing and prioritize requirements in collaboration with the product owner, balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
• In identifying, modelling, and documenting business processes and requirements for AI system inventory and workflow management.
• In supporting resolution of impediments and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Working together with the product owner and the DevOps team on planning and roadmap.
• In acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• In constructively challenging stakeholders on requirements to fit in the global way of working, Rabobank worldwide.
• Using your creativity to strengthen communication and collaboration, helping teams work together more effectively and enjoyably. Ensuring data quality principles, accuracy, completeness, and consistency, are embedded in all processes to support reliable reporting and risk management.

Resultaten

• In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of our most exciting current challenges: redefining the vision and strategy for the AI System Inventory (AISI). We are taking bold steps to modernize the platform and explore how AI can support our chapter internally as well. In this role, you can play an active part in shaping this new strategyhelping us discover new possibilities, experiment with emerging technologies, and transform AISI into a futureproof foundation for AI at Rabobank.

• A master or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or information advisor/specialist in IT or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and inventory systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international, multicultural setting, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Awareness of data quality principles (accuracy, completeness, consistency) and their importance for reliable reporting and risk management.

De gesprekken voor deze functie vinden plaats op vrijdag 6 maart tussen 10.00 en 12.00 uur.

Optie tot verlenging: Niets over bekend.

Hybride: Vaste kantoordag op de woensdag.

Fee: De administratieve partner rekent een aanvullende fee van € 2,50 boven op het uurtarief.
