The role requires strong stakeholder management, collaboration in Agile Scrum teams, and experience with savings or banking products. Candidates should have over 5 years of Agile experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
As a Customer Journey Expert (Product Owner) within the Savings Tribe, you are responsible for shaping and delivering customer-centric savings solutions that create value for both customers and ING. You act as the bridge between Business and IT, translating customer needs, business objectives, and strategic priorities into clear and actionable product improvements.
Working within a multidisciplinary distributed Agile Scrum team, you collaborate closely with Developers, Customer Journey Experts, Architects, and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes. You own the product backlog, set priorities based on customer and business value, and ensure the team focuses on delivering the highest-impact initiatives.
In addition, you define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, align stakeholders around strategic objectives, and make informed decisions that balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business value.
