We are looking for an experienced Impact Reporting & CSRD Specialist for a temporary freelance assignment. The assignment will start on 1 November 2026, has a duration of 6 months, and focuses on supporting and further strengthening the Impact Reporting function.
The assignment In this role, you will support and guide the Impact Reporting team, helping to set priorities in the day-to-day work and ensuring that the right focus is maintained. You will help the team make smart, well-founded optimisation choices while contributing hands-on to key reporting deliverables.
Your key activities and deliverables include:
Contributing to the execution and delivery of the 2026 Annual Sustainability Reporting.
Reviewing reported data and qualitative disclosures and supporting the management of the relationship with KPMG.
Contributing to the Neso project, ensuring that defined data requirements are implemented in source systems following go-live and can be reported through the EDW.
Supporting the transition away from Excel-driven and manual reporting processes.
Providing focused attention to T-IM from an AR26 perspective, including timelines, data quality and escalation where required.
Contributing to continuous improvement and helping to establish the foundation for more structural solutions.
Developing and starting the execution of a specific Impact Reporting 2027 business plan, with attention to team development, improvement of the annual reporting process, adaptation to new ESRS standards and continuous improvement across TIM, Neso, NbS and spreadsheet usage.
