You will be a part of Tribe External Reporting. The Area Finance Reporting contributes to Statistical & Financial information (reports and datasets) for the Wholesale & Rural business of the Rabobank globally. You will collaborate closely with the other reporting analysts in the Area and in the chain. You are surrounded by energized and inspired colleagues and together you will tackle various regulatory reporting and other data related challenges. This role offers you the opportunity to partner and liaise with several departments, such as local finance, product control and business control and our (international) regulators. We strongly believe that working in multidisciplinary teams will lead to the best results. You will be challenged and encouraged to show initiative when working on innovative projects and improving processes and systems.

• Your project and issue management skills will not only lead to a clear insights on the open items, but actually solve those to reach our project deadlines;
• In Rabobank we work with Simply@Scale, the Scrum way of working. Its important to adhere to those principles in solving your issues;
• You will go the extra mile to make sure we solve the issues and ensure sustainable improvements in data quality and availability in the chain;
• Getting familiar with current and future way of working, list and prioritize all potential issues and risks in the data & reporting chain, and effectively get the issues solved with your Scrum and stakeholder management skills in order to meet our goal.

• A Masters degree in a financial related course (e.g. finance or accounting);
• 10+ Years of work experience in Financial Reporting or similar jobs;
• Experience and passion with Agile/Scrum way of working;
• You master the English language.
• Knowledge of financial products (e.g. interest rates, derivates);
• Experience with / interest in regulations concerning reporting (e.g. IFRS, local GAAP);
• Affinity with data and IT (minimum MS Excel);

Wensen

• Experience within Rabobank, especially Finance & Risk domain is a pre;
• Speaking Dutch is an advantage.
