As a Pega Solution Architect (niche) for Rabobank Tribe Housing, Area Mortgage Criteria and Management you have an opportunity to make a sustainable impact on customers and employees.
Our purpose as Area MCM is to be the financial partner for our customers with responsible financing and personalized servicing. We do this by provide clear, simple, and sustainable solutions for our customers, to help our clients with their financial health.
The Pega Solution Architect (niche) vacancy is focused on the Special Asset Management cluster. Within this cluster we are working on a new future state of applications, we are digitalizing where possible, streamlining the organization. We do this while maintaining the human approach to resolution in distress.
As IT we enable this by creating a seamless digital journey. In this journey our applications and services are online (web/app) and offline. Some built inhouse and some vendor managed. Do you want to challenge yourself and make an impact in the mortgage domain at Rabobank?

Top 3 responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the architecture effort for the area together with the business architect and the other solution architects.

• Create and socialize an end-to-end solution architecture.

• Mentor and coach junior SAs and LSA to implement the associated architecture.

You and your job:

• You are proactive and understand the business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine appropriate solutions to drive the area targeted business outcomes.

• Manage and lead the architecture for the squads while working closely with the Area Leadership Team, the squads, and other stakeholders.

• Provide oversight and foster built-in-quality to ensure squads create high quality and well-designed technical solutions.

Required

• Solution Architecture experience in a complex environment;

• Certified Pega lead system Architect infinity (CPLSA);

• Excellent communication skills;

• Knowledge of architectural concepts such as microservices, event-driven architectures and domain-driven design.

Wants

• Azure services (ADF, Databricks) is prefered;

• Knowledge of the ArchiMate modelling standard is a pre.
