Due to limited internal capacity, we require a professional who can manage this relocation and ensure that processes at the new site are implemented in a stable and efficient manner.
In addition, volumes are expected to peak in the coming period due to new clients, which means we need extra capacity to handle this effectively.
Furthermore, our on-site team is growing, and we need a professional who can establish a sustainable foundation for this growth by creating clear alignment, implementing structured routines, and ensuring proper documentation.
This operational manager will primarily focus on managing the relocation to the new site and ensuring that processes are implemented in the most effective way. This is a temporary, project-based assignment.
In addition, the operational manager will support and guide the daily operational processes to maintain stability during this transition.
The role does not cover the entire scope of tasks of an internal employee but is specifically aimed at relocation management, process implementation, and temporary operational support.

Role of the professional:
The professional will act as an Operational Manager responsible for:
Coordinating and managing the relocation.
Implementing and stabilizing processes at the new site.
Supporting daily operations during the transition.
Establishing structured routines and documentation to enable long-term growth.
In-depth knowledge of logistical operational processes, preferably in mail or parcel environments.
Strong project management skills to manage relocation and process implementation.
Digital proficiency for managing operational tools and documentation.
Ability to develop structured routines and documentation for workflows.
Experienced senior manager with at least 5 years of logistical management experience.
Proven track record in managing operational relocations or similar large-scale transitions.
Background in team coordination, onboarding, and capacity planning during peak volumes.
