Within Action we are looking for a PMO to support a large scale program within the Technology department. You will be part of- and report into the Central Project and Portfolio Management Office.
What are you going to do?
  • Support Program Manager and Lead PMO, and independently operationally run the PMO office
  • Support Project Streams where required
  • Organize required meetings
  • Prepare necessary documentation, meeting and decision materials
  • Minutes
  • Support to update project and program planning
  • Chase and challenge PM’s
  • Ensure quality and timelines of planning and reports
  • Challenge and update Resource Management log
  • Challenge and update Risk & Issue Management
  • Challenge, update and support on Financial Management
  • Support in time registration
  • Safeguard that the agreed project managements standards are adhered too
  • Preparing necessary documentation in order to support setting up best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Knowledge sharing within the central PMO team

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven work experience as Program PMO and preferably within large scale programs
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum Prince2 Foundation, P3O Foundation or MSP Foundation certified
  • Good knowledge of project processes and knowledge of different project/program methodologies
  • Expertise in MS PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of other MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Experienced with Risk & Issue Management and Financial project control
  • Experience with ServiceNow is preferable
  • Dutch and English speaking with all documentation to be completed in English
